Case gasket for Husqvarna 2100 question

So I ordered crankcase for my 2100 that was in better condition than mine. I will now do a full rebuild on the saw. I am assuming that nobody makes a crankcase gasket for this saw. What thickness and grade of gasket material would you recommend I use for this saw?

My dealer surprise me. They have been able to get some of those parts still. If you have a good dealer, sometimes they can find those old parts never sold. Thickness I'm not sure. Good luck my friend on the project.

Thank you. I have one dealer that has been around a while. I will check with him, by I am not going to hold my breath... They have surprised me a few times, but normally they don't even have items that are common wear parts.

I would measure what is in there when you tear it down. I just bought a roll of felpro oil and gas approved material that measures about .015 at my local napa for $3.99

Good to know. There are some kits that come up on eBay once in a while that have the case, cylinder, exhaust and intake gaskets in them. I was thinking about buying a few just not sure about quality. They look fine.

Are the gasket sets for 1100, 2100, and 2101 all the same?

2100, 2101 and 298 are the same. Idk about the 1100.
