The last carb kit I bought was supplied from a USA shop. Baloney. Dang thing did not even fit my Stihl 034 as advertised. Lord knows where it came from or who made it -- probably China. It's a POJ.

I buy em 2,3 or 4 at a time and toss the extras in the drawer, after awhile you'll have a pretty good stash that'll surely come in handy. I get them from carb tech if I have a few days to wait, never had an issue with their kits and they're cheap. Otherwise I'll source single kits locally for rush jobs that I don't have in stock.

I usually find OEM pretty cheap on ebay. I always buy at least 2 when I order or more if I know that's a kit I'll be needing a lot of. All the spare part get saved in a drawer and have come in handy a few times.

Carbs have something to do with food, don't know what though.

Throughout my life I haven't purchased more than 3-4 carb kits, I just get one as the need arises. :)

Ebay is cheap but the shipping is more then the kit to get across the river.

I know on pwc engines with diaphragm carbs its only OEM for me. Went down the aftermarket kit hole a few times. Caused myself more problems then solved. Saw carbs may be more forgiving
