I ran the cs8000 last summer in 40" jeffery pine and I was not impressed. It seemed to cut like a poor 70cc saw stock, and weighed a pound more than other saws in the 80cc class.
Working on that saw is easy. No special tricks needed on the carb or linkages, jug comes off easy and the rings pop right back onto the jug as it has a huge radius on the bottom of the jug.

My old beat up 562xp still amazing me that a 60cc saw can do what it does...

This one surprised me, because I put gas in it and it actually ran!

If you like that one you'll like the P5000 series. They are fantastic 50cc saws for their age. I think a lot of it has to do with really good carbs that feed plenty of fuel/air. I threw one of the 5000 carbs on another husky saw and it woke it completely up. The problem is some of the AV components can't be found anymore. [emoji53]
