I agree. I eat eggs all the time...even by myself I'll fry, over easy, scramble, or omelette 6-8 eggs at the time. Two or three eggs don't cut it, just pisses me off. I'll take'em just as cheap as I can get 'em.

Had 6 scrambled eggs this morning with some re hydrated peppers and shredded cheese, and cut up polish sausage cubes. Pretty good!

That sounds fine Charlie. I like scrambled or an omelette loaded with everything I can get in 'em. I usually load omelettes with green olives, black olives, onions, sausage, peppers, tomatoes, cheese. If I can cut it up, dice it, it's going in...and a half gal of milk of course to chase it with.

Free range eggs,brown or white does'nt really matter.My experince white leghorns eat 1/2 the feed and lay no matter how hot or cold,just lay every day.By the way what is (the white stuff) in their crap?

Had a few whites this morning with some Jalapeno smoked sausage and whole wheat toast.
Yep it was good. Sure do love eggs. Chicken has been the "steak" in our home for some time.
