Briggs & Stratton Elite 8000 Generator

Have a Briggs & Stratton Elite 8000 Generator that shuts down about 30 seconds after it is started. It only has 50 hours of running time. It sets outside in the same spot for about 5 years now and has always run good, this is something that is new to the generator.

Checked the regular things oil level, spark plug, air cleaner etc. and put fresh gas in the tank. I'm thinking it is a sensor. Any help?

It could be an oil pressure or oil level sensor if your model has those, but it is more likely a gummed up carb needing cleaning and/or a carb kit.

I think it is the CO detector

Is it shutting down via fuel solenoid? Any error codes or anything (I see they are bluetooth)?
