If that is the bad one then yes.
I did look it up a few years ago,but put it on the back burner.
I may have to do a cross Canada trip,so it is working it's way up the list.
PO put in a new 5 speed and transfercase before leaving Colorado so it's worth the time to get running.Needs a good cleaning he had dogs, lots of dogs.
I've heard mixed opinions on those blocks, but yes they are considered the bad ones. Brazilian made....I've heard they were ALL casted thinner and I've heard a percentage were put in the mold wrong so some were casted thinner on one side and others weren't.

Done the new crank sensor and put a couple new batteries and all new cable ends on as well. Oil change with a quart a lucas. Drained the transfer case and refilled cause those NEVER seem to get done. She needs a new tail shaft seal and good differential oil put in. Stuff seemed thin to my liking so some 85-140 will be on the list. Other than needing a new a/f she's all good. No check engine light no more and rpm gauge holding fine as of now.
Day was decent and actually almost 60 degrees so gave her a much needed bath to.
