Blue Max Shinny?

I have a Blue Max model 08902 42.1cc on my table. I had a shinny 488 on my table last year and this strikes me as almost the same thing. Is Shindaiwa making a budget version of their own stuff, is it a corporate shell game to the same end or is this China stealing almost bolt for bolt? I am a bit impressed. Its not clamshell, has a 3 shoe clutch and has an adjustable oiler.

Chinese copy of a 488. I've seen orange ones too. Also saw a green one, Yard Boss or Yard dog or some such. Same saw

Looks like the copy of Redmax to me. Seen several cc models of them. 38cc up

You'd think if they were going to rip off a Redmax/Zenoah design they'd at least come up with a more unique name? Like maybe "Honorable Gas/petrol professional chang saw with much power?" Too long?
