Oh edit if you find a Homelite spur as well as enlarging the Id the key way needs enlarged .I have a way using a tap ground for a broach with a drill press or a milling machine ,Hill billy engineering at it's finest hour .

Measured around .58_.59 So that would support the 19/32 id theory. So yea...a spur with that id and 8 pin. 404 is what I need from what it looks like..

I think I got that for you...I'll know later today.

PM if you can, also if you can cut down a few 1/2 oregon semi chisels I have to match the bar all ready on that saw...OR possibly see if I can find a roller nose bar to match the loops I have...lots of options

Keyway industry standard is one fourth of the diameter.

Example: one inch bore will be 1/4” wide x 1/8” deep. Shaft, likewise.

Alternative to a keyway is a ‘dutchman’.

Drill & tap hole lengthwise in the joint between the bore & shaft. Use a socket drive set screw, or two.

Keep that in mind iffin you want to advance a flywheel.

From casual observation there appears to be a few Homelite spurs in that collection .Also the drive gears for Stihl oil pumps from 028 to at least 048 .

There's definitely some Homelite spurs as well as some early Lombard spurs. The retired guy I bought them from had been a Lombard, Homie, Mac, and Titan dealer in the 50's & 60's. He had some really cool stuff that wasn't for sale, like a 6-foot Lombard sign and a light-up Homelite display stand.

In 1/2" on my Mac 650 an 8 tooth is the largest that will fit because as it is the chain only misses the clutch shaft by 3/16" . This particular saw is made slightly different than most gear drives in the fact it uses a light weight reduction unit with a 2 to 1 reduction .With that big 1/2" it takes a good bite and throws big chips relatively fast for a gear drive .
Although I've yet to do it I have a 48" hard nose in .058 with .404 .Should I ever get the notion to set it up I'd change the spur to .404 .It's unlikely I ever would though because that bar also fits my 2100 Homey and 125 Mac . Conversely I have a 1/2"rim I could use on the 125 but again that's doubtful .
