I think we should just eliminate people from NY...
and Canada too. they are just too much trouble. everything is good until the New Yawkahs show up...then the whole neighborhood goes to pot...and dem Canadanians.....well they have funny sounding accents....that makes them shifty...

you should trust only people from NJ.....

dats my 2cents and im going back to my hole under my rock.

LOL, Gotta keep you guessing...

No, really I bought both of the saws I listed from other parties. Got the 6100 from Fordf150 and the 261 from the dude that used to have the dyno over on AS, cannot recall his name at the moment, old age ya know.:BangHead::BangHead:

Over there
I've never had a bad deal, i bought a 372 from Joe(ELECT6845) on AS but mainly sold some stuff over there. Here i've spent lots of money with Nate and sold a bar or 2. I hooked DuanePa up with my dealer on a NOS 357xp but gave them the info and they handledit between them. I have nothing to gain by screwing someone.

I have sold to guys with low post counts and even to one guy who paid with money order (i prefer payal) but he had a good reference to ease my concerns. I just shipped after cashing it.
I have always purchased from sellers who had decent post numbers and have never had a problem, other than one guy taking forever to ship the saw and poor communication.
Just dont buy from 'shady' characters and sell to anybody who has money.

I have purchased quite a few saws and parts on here...all deals have gone flawlessly. If I sell saws...I am more than happy to send first...as long as I'm sending to a trusted member anyway. Lol.
Kills me that there are so many that are willing to scam....

Ahhh, Canadanians are from Canadainia.... EH !!!
Duh !!!

I did my formative years in some private schools too.
they get some credit too.

It must be a Jersey thing. We were in New Jersey last year for work hanging out in a sports bar trying to watch some hockey. my boss was chatting up a girl across the bar until she asked "Y'all from Canadia or sumthin?"
My boss was so offended by her lack of education he bought a round of drinks for everyone in the bar except her...

As a seller I always ship and provide the tracking number befor I charge. Mostly because one doesn't know what shipping costs are. This is a great sight and I think we can keep it that way working together. Trust this, if I was unfortunately burned on payment, every good man on this forum would know not to sell, buy or converse with that individual.

How about a simple voucher system....no negative feedback at all...just a simple thumbs up of a transaction goes well. ...

There's an old adage about trees, well two good ones:
  • plant trees in any month with an, "r" in its name (September-April)
  • when you cut down a living tree, you are responsible to plant two trees

On the second point; from an organizational standpoint, let's establish that if you introduce a new rule or regulation, you eliminate two of the same. That way one makes it count instead of chasing his tail. Not to say that there's anything wrong with chasing tail when perpetuated tastefully.
