How does it work? Im familiar with mtronics but the autotune seems to act differently such as mtronics will idle on choke but the autotune doesnt?

No clue. I guess they are starved for air.

I hadnt looked but I guess the autotune has a fuel solenoid? I do see what seems alot more wiring goin on around the carb

The metering side of the carb is electronic if I remember right. That's how the 576 was any way.
