mine didn't use any oil or leak anything but it smoked a little when you went over 12,000 lbs on the load.

Detroit that has been stood up starter kit:
Two batteries
Vice Grips
Piece of plate Steel
Hammer.

Put the batteries in and get her going, if she runs off use the Vice Grips to pinch off the fuel line, put the piece of plate over the air intake to choke it, and knock the fuel filter off with the hammer!

yep haft to weld the nut holding the gear for 5th gear because it would back out and cause the shift fork to get hung in it.
