I was searching for 288xp parts and came across this. Amazing that advertising something like that is legal.

We neeD someone to buy one of these and do a video review of it running in stock form, then strip it down and review the parts. Then port it and see what it can do with some tweaking

Maybe we could all pitch in to get one and send it to a willing member that would do that.

I have ran some of these clones. Yes they run yes they cut. Parts are hard to get so hope they don't break down. They do run pretty dam good tho.

From the listing:
  • Gasoline chain saws imported parts of perfect combination of advanced technology to create the first brand of garden tool.

  • Smooth exhaust heat is not high temperature flame performing more stable, more powerful.

  • Rows of thickened brake can handle more comfort and safety.
Think I want one now...

Well, when I get it, I'll put it through the wringer and find out what they are. I've seen a lot of references to "clones" regarding China saws. If they're actually clones, then parts availability shouldn't be a problem, should it?
If they're clones of Husky, I may have a hard time with parts comparison as I don't have much Husky stuff. If they copied Stihl, then I'm pretty well set to figure it out.

whats the problem with theese saws , all of them have magnesium cases can you tell me how much you must pay for have magnesium on stihl or husky ?? for sure more than 100 dollars or i am wrong ??
ok the plastics are not GF -30 like the big brands but holds good ,
most of them have zama carb
yes they dont have Mahle cylinder , Mahle piston but dont forget how many of us have put the same chineese P&C to big brands saws because of lower cost
Generally are good for someone who want a saw for colecting some firewoods for his home
