Hi there folks,
This is my absolute favorite saw and I've used it for 8 years now !
I found myself in an embarrassing situation when I got it stuck in a cut and for the life of me could not extract it.

I am looking for a new Chain and Bar, however I have no idea what's on the Saw.

This is where things got interesting.

This is what is on the Plate:
Textron UT number 50140 Serial T80 01291

I can't find that model at all in the Homelite site ?
Was there different models sold in Canada ?

I measure the bar at 14 inches from the Saw.

What do you guys think ?

Hello there guys,
I took a picture of the Data Plate Arrrghhhh.
I'll need to take another one of the Saw itself.

Say Wood Doctor ! It absolutely looks like yours. ( Just without the hand guard )
I'll post a picture of the whole thing when I get back home.

The Terry plant was in Pointe Claire as is says on the label which is a suburb of Montreal. It was owned by Textron.

Yours was made in 1980.

If you do buy that bar posted above which is the correct mount. Make sure you buy a 3/8 LP (low profile) chain and not a full size 3/8 pitch chain.
Chain spec's

3/8 LP pitch, gauge is 0.050 " 53 DL (drive links)
