Resolved American Arborist Supplies

Anyone ever order from American Arborist Supplies before? I bought a few smalls that wer hard to find elsewhere. (I was Already skeptical that they had them in stock) anyway I made my order(through PP) and figured if they have them great, if not I'll just get a refund. That was a week ago today. Just checked on their site and my order status says
"pending". Now they look like they have a big site and I may be 1 of a thousand orders from last week, who knows. I'm not apposed to waiting my turn. I do this for fun and not work. But I got to thinking if it's a part that they don't have but have listed will it be pending till a 35 yr old part becomes avaliable?

I never said worried, just curious I guess. Also I know everyone is not Amazon Prime. I questioned myself to even make this thread honestly. It's not a bash thread on the company. I've never ordered through them so I'm not even sure it a legit site. Sounds good, looks good but it's 2025.... Have you ever ordered through them @Woodwackr? Just trying to gain some knowledge on a site that's new to me.

Hey Andrew! Yes, phone number and email. I might try and call this week just for giggles. I ordered last Sunday, and when I was in my shop today working on saws, I thought about it. Being Sunday again I knew no one would be there to answer a call. That's why I threw up a question here, just to get some perspective on the company.

I had to order something from GSA for work and the part arrived from Staples....it could be they are searching for the part from someone else...

Good to know, I will call them tomorrow. I don't mind waiting, but a hard to find NOS part that was "in stock" hooked me
And then I was thinking like @hacskaroly story went. Atleast I've got knowledge now it's a legit company. Thanks for the insight.

Got this email today. Called them up and the fella was nice. He said the item was no longer in stock. figured that but it was worth a shot back on the hunt....

Glad to hear that it ended up being an overall positive outcome with the exception of them not having the part....
