We are on page 7, do u made a decision?
Yeah, I'm going to purchase the 395 for these reasons:

1. I already have many bars in large mount husky and really only a couple stihl bars, but they're shorties. So I'll be able to use many bars on it without purchasing others.

2. The 395 has pre-filtration...purchasing and using a 661 would require further funds to replace the inadequate oem equipment for actual duty use. The 395 keeps its filter very clean.

3. Price. This is a big part of the deal, obviously. While I'm splurging a bit, the 395 is quite a bit more affordable. I've still got to do something nice for my wife for putting up with me...

Good choice with logical reasoning behind it

Leaves you more $$ to have it ported... and ported 395's are crazy!

I've never figured out what women want, but the women I've known liked vacations, eating at fine restaurants, shoes, and being entertained.

So I'm betting you can come up with something pretty awesome...

I'd be skeered to go up 80ft. Lol

Me too. I went to rent one, just a 30-40 ft lift. The guy at the rental place demo'd it with me in it. He took it all the way up and the wind was blowing that day. It was swaying like crazy IMO. I said "I have seen enough, take me down, I will let you know, thank you for your time". I called a tree service the next day.

Good story! A 40’ lift is about 240 day here, and it’s an older unit. We bought a used 60’ genie and it’s nice, to me the bigger lift is nice for lower heights, it’s super stable at 35’-40’ I don’t like being 60’ up in it! 40 is fine and the reach is nice, you cans do a lot more with a 60 than a 40, but the kicker is the weight, ours is a z, and had a jib, so the 60’ lift is 22,500 lbs! Even with 4x4 it can get stuck pretty easy! And moving it take a healthy trailer!
