Flipped upside down, the fuel line and impulse aren't bad. Linkage is a dirty MFER though

Possibly, then you start getting into intake blocks. Which isn’t terrible, but can be time consuming. It’s gunna be a custom linkage or retro fit a throttle cable on any carb though.
