If it’ll help offset cost, I’ll order one as well as long as it’ll fit a Mark 1.

Crumbs....I just sold my 550 a couple weeks ago. I would have been able mock one up fairly easy. I imagine someone else here is fully equipped for the task.

Just saw a picture of one on bookface. They modded a wrap of a Stihl 066

@Fullkip might know. I saw a 550 on his YouTube with a wrap on it, if I am not mistaken. It looked like a 562 wrap handle.

I have 3 550s one has the 562 3/4 wrap that isn't hooked up to the back of the tank.
One has a stock handle with the PTO side of a 562 welded on. It is hooked up to the tank at the back.

The open ended one works great, I stumped quite a few trees with it in 2020.

You would need a tank at hand to get it lined up right. It gets more complex if you use the plastic leg to attach to the back of tank. May be easier to link a short piece of aluminum in there. Or a guy could attach it up front at the bottom. To do that I would rob half of a full wrap off a 357/359... 372 ones are to tall but could be shortened.

I wish that I was set up to weld aluminum.

For felling, I much prefer the old husky full wrap design, gives you more freedom of hand placement when in akward positions. Couldn't stand those 3/4 wrap stihls. Now I'm talking the old style, before the lengthed the 3/4 wrap further down the clutch cover. Pro safety handles was a savior for this older Stihl design!

I like the 372/385 full wrap style the best. They move the balance point forward when stumping with motor down. Not near as tip heavy when running 32-36 inch bars. Much easier to corner up.
Some where there was a thread about re doing the plastic on handle bars.
It was awhile back on AS or Racesaws...
