HELP! 500i UPDATE !

Was this due to damage from external abuse or are they grenading?

Im assuming a combination of both. These are loggers, and hard on sheit

Here is an update. First I want to thank everyone who has given advice and offered help. Carried crank to machinist and he checked it and said it was .0001 ! I put it back together and it spun without any resistance? Do not know that I did anything different but something changed. Pressure tested at 5psi for 6 minutes with no variation. Assembled saw and pumped primer 10 to 15 times and fired 3rd. pull.Let idle for approx. 5 minutes revved a second or two and killed it . Going to put 28" and cut sometimes this week.

Done that…didn’t quite get the crank completely seated on one side…oops.
Disassemble and redo…problem solved.
