I think most wood suggest that you spend your efforts on the oe cylinder vs the strato. Generally speaking you get better results.
But porting the xtorq will make power as well. Its been awhile since I did an xtorq and I went the way of unstrato by removing divider and such. I must have screwed up with the timing wheel as it ended up at a 94 exhaust. I didnt know at the time but remeasured it a few years later. Always wondered why it had no torque. Lol
I'm sure someone will share their porting numbers. I may do another one at some point.
I would shoot for 100/118/78
I think 102/120/80 would work pretty well if your using longer bar.
Should give you some good results. Also lighten the piston as much as you can as they are quite heavy.
Run the blue coil so you can't over rev it and it should last a long time.

Thanks for the response. Ya just waiting to get the cylinder back shaved 0.020" off the deck my squish was 0.046" on the Hyway cylinder. original Hyway numbers were 99/117/75. Hopefully my intake timing doesn't go beyond 78 after machining. I think raising exhaust after to 100 or just a bit more to get a close to 20 blowdown. Let you know how it develops....

You don’t need 20° of blowdown. I would leave it where it landed and widen the exhaust a little bit
