372 X-torq AM cylinder stato port variation

I've got a 2018 Husky 372 X-torq I just put a new set of crank bearings and seals in. The cylinder had some pretty heavy scratching and scuffing so I ordered what I thought would be a usable aftermarket top end.
I finally recieved the top end today and the ports are looked pretty good and smooth and not something I would have to put a lot of time into cleaning up....that is until I saw the strato ports...kind of at a loss on these.
Any suggestions?? Should I just run it and see what happens or hog them out now before I install it?? First time I've ever seen such a variation from OEM on an AM cylinder.

Any other damage to the oem cylinder? Those lines are from poor air filtration.
If that’s the extent of the damage, scuff it off with some sandpaper and use a new piston.

I wouldn’t even dick with that am cylinder. Looks like the plating is thin around the intake on the original?? I may have something kicking around here that would work for you if the original isn’t salvageable.

The exhaust side isn't good at all. It scuffed hard enough on the exhaust side it smashed the rings into the piston. So using the OEM jug isn't an option.
