I'd love to see an upskirt on Scotts cyl ;) I wasn't sure if to remove the dividers or thin 'em.

I didn't take any pics of the build. i'm not a fan of any cylinder with covers. there's nothing smooth about the ports. takes more time to get things matched and somewhat smooth. limited to what can be done around those screws.

I don't have pics (and I'm not tearing if apart just to take some) but on my 350 I smoothed and shaped the cylinder adapter into the lowers also. Those square corners create a restriction IMHO. I ground the s-word outta the lowers and actually ground into the cover screws to get them how I wanted. I then pulled the covers, did the uppers, cleaned up the covers and sealed them back up then touched them up after the sealer dried. I admit there is not a lot of cylinder base left around the lower transfers but it seems to be holding up fine. I used a meteor flat top and ditched the gasket. Squish landed about .019 and comp was around 155 when it was fresh. The cylinder was one I cleaned up so it took awhile for the rings to wear in properly. I haven't checked it lately but I'm sure it's up a few psi. End results were good. It pulls 3/8 excellent. It doesn't wail like a 346 but it has a better powerband for general cutting. Nothing wrong with a 350 cyl in my opinion.

AJ, I'd love to see whatcha did. That saw ran great.
Thanks.I have a 2150 on the bench right now and another 350 I traded some repair work for that I plan to do the same thing to. I'll try to take pics this time. One is getting a 346 NE non decomp jug, the other I'm using the stock jug from my 2152 that is wearing a 346 jug. Don't hold your breath though, my own projects are moving at a snails pace these days.
