OK gents. Here's the scoop. We are gonna do another GTG here on the Cumberland Plateau.

October 13th and 14th.....that's a Friday & Saturday.

Events......

Heads up racing. Saw running on the ground.......two cuts. One down, one up. Run what you brung. Gas only. No funny fuels. Muffler saws except in Unlimited class.

Also. We will be doing a FarmerTec MS660 build off. No OEM cylinders. Any aftermarket jug is fine. OEM carbs will be allowed. This is a worksaw build. Working choke, stock size carbs, muffler, regular fuel. Off the roll chain to be used, and will be given out to the contestants at the GTG. No entry fee, just pay for the chain. We will be running 32" bars. The wood will a 28" x 30" square made up of 6 10 x 10s and 3 10 x 8s. We will pass the hat to cover the cost of the wood.

I'll be smoking several Boston Butts for the feast Saturday.

Is anyone invited to this spectacular event your speaking of?

Just dnt trust AM gaskets. I think this will be a lot of fun, I got a dremel somewhere, this will be my first go at grinding, maybe a rookie round first?lol

To me I think you have to use what it comes with.

If it's a Chinese 660 build off then the 660 should be all Chinese.

I don't like the am carbs much though. Lol

Any interest in a 044/ 440 rookie build off using the Chinese kits? I have no use for a 660 anyways, might be fun for rookies, same rules would apply using a 28" bar? Just tossing the idea out there. or I was just on there site and the 372 kit is even cheaper,here is a couple links
