262 upper av mount removal

I'm trying to change a tank and upper av mount has threads for the outer bolt covering the inner bolt that holds spring to tank. How to remove the inner bolt? I was able to spin one spring while pulling but the press in thing w/ threads for the outer bolt prevents putting a socket on the inner bolt.

Am I supposed to pry out those outer thread button things?

Any help great appreciated.

I was able to get both off the old tank by pulling on the spring to turn the screw that holds spring to tank but now I don't know if there is a trick to installing to new tank... must have to somehow pry out the threaded insert that's in the spring for the outer bolt. Should I install the outer bolt, put spring in a vise, and pull the insert out by grabbing the outer bolt with vise grips or something? I hate to wreck the outer bolt just for this purpose...

I figured it out -- 3 mm allen key goes into inner bolt... I'm a dope.

Was fun realizing your tank leaked. Thought it was me at first...

Can try fixing old tank to use as spare, using solder gun. Fixed my 372 tank, make sure no gas in it or fumes. Not prettiest fix but works for me.
