261 Bearings

Looked for bearing numbers on here and could not find. 6202 or 6203 ?
Also any Ideas on upgrades on 261?

I think the 261 has a dished piston. A 262xp piston would yield more compression

I'm no husky guru but I think the 261 has a 2 shoe clutch and the 262 has a 3 shoe.

yes sir. I ordered an oem 262 piston and new vibration springs and new seals and gasket set from dealer. I bought it on ebay and was the best shape saw I ever purchased on there, machine marks still on piston. Has 144 carb .Ordered nachis today also.
