I’ve got a 245A ( solid state ignition ) saw that needs a new starer rope . I have ipl for the saw ,but it is the point ign model ,and is a bit different . Do any of you folks have any pointers on how to go about this ? Never encountered a saw with the starter under the flywheel and don’t want to break things .
