The ducts aren't bad but the muffler covers are obscenely expensive.

I decided to make my own and an H&S spike repro to go with it.

That's what I thought. Every crew I have seen uses saw in right hand, branch in left hand.
They take small pieces and guide wood down with left hand.

I don't. I/we use rigging to control limbs. Maybe climbers should learn how to cut and land stuff, no touch. Ropes take longer but not much if you cut doubles and triples to lower down. Leaves little to chance.

If you reach under the the bar like most bucket operators do, it is just a matter of time before you get cut.
