Home safe and sound. Really enjoyed this GTG. Thanks once again Steve and Scott for hosting!

Highlight for me was running the monster saw from Lee's collection and when the crowd thinned at the end Mason, Mustang Mike, and Jeff handed me saw after saw to fly through some pine @CanadianFarmBoy your 044/046 hybrid mike owns stood out. One of Jeff's mofo saws was stout and Mason's 395 is a beast too.

@wcorey your 372 is Stout and I enjoyed the @David Young / Bill / myself 385 comparison we did early on.

Rob from Easton, NY has that insanoized Hotsaws101 372 XPW that is the craziest 372 I've ever run. @leeh wanted to take that saw home after a couple quick cuts.

Happy to take advantage of the Makita sale and psyched to win a nice limbing / bucket saw to add to our collection.

Thanks Don the Makita rep for treating us to lunch on Saturday and for sponsoring the event!

Great seeing everyone and socializing.

Safe trip home Randy and others who flew in.

Really enjoyed it. The incredible weather was the icing on this cake.

Cheers Gentlemen!

Just left that sharp Cutting Edge 10:40 ish. Hats off to our great host Steve and Scott! It was a hoot as usual and great to see old faces and meet some new.

Event of the day, Derail. Hope and looky see... no flames, all is well.
Yup, we got mill lessons for sure. Slow and steady wins in milling.

A huge THANK YOU to all that took the time and effort to make this GTG another great day. Had wonderful weather seen alot of friends and had many wonderful conversations. Jeremy, what can I say you have been a big part of making this the great event every time. And to of been a small part of the GoFundMe effort for your medical expenses was special. And to Uncle Lee and Brandy thanks for the donation of that ole Sachs Dolmar 166. That saw was awesome and the speech after the drawings had everyone wiping their eyes. Again a big thank you to all that helped with setting the GTG up. To Don and Makita for your help and assistance. To Oregon Cutting Systems for your help and support as well as Dan from Frostbite for your help as well. To those that didn't make it this year hope you can make it next year. You missed great memories and great times.

Thanks from Cuttinscott

Made it back to the Big City, unfortunately. I really like Upstate. I’ll be back.

From The Stranger From The West, thanks a bunch for the welcome, thanks to our hosts, everyone I got to meet (I know I’m not gonna be able to remember everyone, but all the Scotts and Daves and mikes, haha) and especially those who let me run their saws! @MustangMike for the ride, Ben and I loved it. @spencerpaving @SOS Ridgerider @huskyboy for letting me run stuff. Great to meet @Mastermind himself as well. I think @huskyboy ’s MM395 was the fastest thing I ran(first time running anything ported), and I can’t wait to blow through my woodpile with that 6100. @Marshy you shoulda been there.

It was a pleasure to meet you!!!
I really do hope to see you again!!!

PS.....I got passed by a Carrera GT3 on my home. I was doing 74 and he/she made it look like I was in reverse.

Yup, a most excellent day, pretty much had it all, many thanks to Steve, Scott and crew for hosting.
Great weather, tons of wood with a good variety of types and sizes, cider slushies, plenty o bacon, raffle prizes, freebie samples.
A very manageable turnout, lots going on but didn't feel crowded.
Tried more fast saws than I can remember and got some good break in time on fresh ones I brought along too.
Renewed old acquaintances and made some new ones. Plenty of interesting shop talk.
Was even a good 6 hour round trip out there and back, fast, twisty scenic roads with hardly anyone getting in my way.
Been up for 20 hours and still too wound up to sleep, lol...

Looked like a great time had by all. While you fuggers cut wood I slept. First night in a week I got more than 6 hrs of sleep, 10 hrs to be exact. I guess I needed it. I did run a saw at 8:30 am yesterday before I went to bed just for good measure.

I'm fixing to board a plane in Albany. What a great weekend. Scott and Steve really put on a fantastic GTG. So much work goes into an event like this, and they pull it off like a couple of pros.

I never ran a saw all weekend.....but I really enjoyed myself.

Thanks for everything guys.

Safe flight.

No saws run, mission accomplished.

Another thanks to Scott and Steve for the event. What a great time.

Sorry about the syrup dilemma. I left 1,5 gallons heavier than what I ordered. Everyone loved the gift of syrup, I must say.

Great seeing everyone again. See ya in October at Cottle lane.

Those guys put on a hell of a GTG, Scott and Steve are the best!!
Got to run some fast saws, got to run some strong saws, ate some yummy food prett much continuously, sold a few saws, bought a few saws. The locals are awesome, super friendly at least most of them :)
No speeding tickets despite leaving NY at 5pm yesterday and driving straight through to get home by 3:10 this morning i was asleep by 3:12 and wide awake at 5:17 but i can see a nap in my future.
Tried to run a skinny chain and 15 pin chain on my 076, that didn’t work so well :)
I ran a 20” belly with a new aggressive race chain and 12 pin on my Rupley/Nolder/Smittybilt 064 pipesaw, it was successful for a couple cuts till i threw a chain through my gas tank and chaps, luckily no fire :)
The Rupley/Ken Dunn/Nolder 394/395 is a wicked saw, as is the PoulanPro 415 :)
Got to run the Habadda Habbada and an EJ 2100 pipe saw, even made a fairly ungrateful cold start agains Bret at the cant :)
