FOUND IT 064 AV Fuel Tank

1122 351 500 is the part being replaced. Not sure if a 350-0816 is a direct replacement but would consider that too if it is.
Working / sealing fuel cap would be welcome also.

@Redfin has a NOS tank ass. that's super nice and a $40 mark down. You can see it on the second page.
It's listed with a ported cyl.
