Pretty sure it's not a Mag 2. It's a metal badge that only has "038" on it alone with the mag sticker on the plastic above it. Like the Brazil Mags

Glad you found it, the only one I've seen was one attached to a saw for 500 lol.
It was pretty clean looking though .
