036 PRO B/C Length?

Nice running saw, is that the one you have been working on?

That was two years ago. I have since sent that 'un to a new home.

There’s an old oil pump that came on the 034S that oils the best. It’s pretty rare and can be identified by a wide adjustment screw that has no stop. It’s limited by the pump if screwed in clockwise and the case edge if screwed all the way out counterclockwise. The adjustment screw has a “bulb” on it, not the typical cam of the 1/4 turn screw on the newer pumps.

I find the 044 to be a stingy oiler. Probably the biggest reason to go 046 over an 044/6 hybrid that I have found.

With that being said, I modded an oiler aka @huskihl style for an 036 and it oiled a 36” bar with no problem. A 361 can use an 046 HO pump as a bolt on which is another reason why a 361 can truly be a 1 saw plan.

This is the saw with a 28” full comp buried in white oak. Not a speed demon, and tuned fat for breakin, but it oiled just fine-even with a 36.
