Where is Steve @Stump Shot at? He wrote up a thread on these and came to the logical conclusion that it was the Germans way of getting back at us for that ass kicking we gave them 77 years ago.

What a kawinkidink, was just talking to a friend about those darn things. And yes, the Germans definitely put it to us on that one.

look at the picture i posted .
If your clutch looks like this you dont need a washer.
Else go and buy this little washer and make Mr. Stihl rich.
Some other stihl models have both type clutches as well

Ha ha! So I've definitely stirred up the hornet's nest here with this thread!

Pretty sure my clutch needs the washer, I reinstalled the pump and the worm etc. and looked close:

you can see a good mill free right there. Now I'm no expert but that's saying to me "there's something missing". I must admit the clutch was bloody murder to loosen off, since it must've tightened right down to the unthreaded section.

Yes the o/d is what you need to measure.
Yeah, that's what I've got - 16mm.

Ok I know that you are all gonna say that I'm being a big girl right now, but I reckon that if I buy, the part 1125 640 3201, then I'll get the whole thing, with the oil line already fitted:

See how it arrives with all items from #1 - #9 inclusive. Hmm....

But since I'm a sucker for pain and misery I'll just order the oil hose kit, and man up a bit.

That is once I've repaired the local neighbourhood's 200Ts.....
