Any pics of the saw? It might turn out to be a super. An 024 I bought from AS was listed as regular,got to me pulled top cover and there was the stamped "S". Score.

Small 024 filters are hard to find and expensive when found. 026 filters will fit with matching cover. It will stick up a bit in relation to the top cover tho.

I did that with yet another 024. New 026 aftermarket plastic plus filter was cheaper than the hard-to-find 024 filter.

Here's a 024AVS I recently picked up. There's the "S" on the cylinder. It's the two nut version.

I'll be listing it I think in the future. I'd like to run it some more first though

I'll be ok. I have a nice Mofo 026Pro, T4driller 346xp, poleman 5100s, red97 421...stock 545. I'm good with 50ish cc saws.
