I’ve got some parts, and I’m accumulating more, to eventually build an 044/046 hybrid. I’d like to own one of those.

I’d also like an 064 some day. Preferably ported!

What saws are on your wish list?

Nice wish lost. The 064 is a saw I admire. It was light and powerful for its day. It still has one of the better power the weight ratios out there.

As for my wish list? It's to long. To keep it simple, Every Makita model that starts with DCS. Same models in Dolmar.

Dolmar 166 and the McCulloch 118.

Mcculloch 125.

Every Mcculloch and Poulan built by Dolmar.

Every pro model built by stihl. Preferably the one built before the MS serious.


What you can gather by this is, I could enjoy collecting saws.

I found my griphoist last month (3300lb T-20). I'd still like a smaller one, but I'll live without it.


I'd love a 3120xp or CS-1201, but I think when the time comes to start milling again I'll buy a track-saw instead of a chainsaw.
