It does have the elusive brake handle though lol. Seems like every 2 series saw I find is missing the brake handle or the whole assembly. I was thinking 150 too

The 272 is pretty good for getting just about everything other than a HD air filter and neck, and wrap handle with special brake handle for it.

Finally got to the shop and worked on a saw....
Sadly, it was the only one I had all the parts for....
At least I made it to the bench...
after a weekend with the inlaws...
I needed it! Lol

Took the week off of work so I'd be ready for the PA gtg this weekend. Thankfully I did so because the p60 turned up with a bad seal. Got them pulled this morning and the new ones should be at O'Reillys around 4 today. Clutch side looked ok but flywheel side had alittle trash on the bearing. Bearings are smooth and free from play. 20180529_094522.jpg

Dang. A whole week off from work for the GTG?

I'm feeling like a slacker. I was planning on washing my saws and at least making sure they had reasonably sharp chains this week...

Well we were off yesterday and I was taking Friday off to head up so it would only be a 3 day week so I went ahead and took the whole week off

Bought this 359 off of here a while back.It showed up not exactly as advertised. Any way neither here nor there. I've just about got it into shape. It was leaking around intake so this is what I done to stop it. Gonna run it some today if the rain holds off. Is this an acceptable repair?

If it's not deforming the intake boot and of course not leaking it might be alright.
