036 I get to have fun trouble shooting. Thats what I like figuring out whats going wrong and why.

Got to love getting paid to test tune the big boys after a carb rebuild. 41"
He left smiling.
Couldnt believe how far off the low side was from the factory with them dang epa white plastic stops on it. H was about right. Good to go now.

Just bought from my dealer for $25.00. Going to rebuild. Has a zama . What other carbs will work on this?

I realize I haven't been posting much lately been busy but sense the weather has been crazy lately and not to many people running saw's in this weather I've been taking my beautiful woman back and forth to work and buy the looks of it it might be another week before a break from the big storms. Lol

Put a spinny thingy in here for a bit.
Still a bit too flat.
Exhaust should be right at 98° when curved a bit more.
How much blow down do you guys like on these for a work saw 24-28" (arm and blade)?
Intake at 79°

Hooskie is a bit proud of their oil pump and drive!

From what I found the alternate carb is Tillotson HS-321A.
I dont know what else can be made to fit.

What did you think of the stock 6100?

Like any 60cc IMO in the cut. Runs good felt good bucking cuts. Feels alot like a echo 590 weight wise.

Make a great firewood cutting saw.

Best carb for the 036 is the hk-43b tillotson, the 321a has a smaller Venturi I believe

Got a crushed 461 in for repair, wasn’t to bad tank, brake flag and wrap handle, he had a 461 with a bad crank and cylinder so I robbed the parts.

Not pretty but it will work!lol
