Deep fried pickles homemade fries and fish tonight. I can barely move I ate so much. That’s the problem with being the cook I guess as you don’t realize how much you have eaten till it’s to late.

Time to fire up the grill.
Cajun shrimp, roasted Yukon Gold Potatos and coleslaw.
My wife does a marinade that's killer on Shrimp and pretty good on Chicken.

The Potatos were par boiled with baking soda, then tossed in herbs and drizzled with Olive oil before roasting. They have a crust but the center is almost the consistency of mashed potatoes. Strange process but they're damn good.

I'm finally getting mine figured out.
The last ribs I did were just about perfect.
I think I'm going to like it.

I've been waiting to hear these kinds of comments.
I don't have the coin but am encouraged that you guys who have a variety of cooking/grilling and smoking units are speaking positively about the pellet grills.

12” skillet of 2.5lbs of browned ground chuck...12” skillet of browned cut up potatoes and sautéed onions. Mix together on a plate, sprinkle some grated cheese across the top to melt, and a few slices of bread. Of course a couple big ol’ glasses of milk. Good eats!

When ever I make a skillet of anything, I end up eating way too much.
I'd end up with a 1/2lb of cheese on a plate full on Ground beef and Potatos/Onions. Sure would be good though!
