Elbow grease and a few filesLooks good, What did you get it smooth with? I saved a couple old lawnmower decks by welding em up but I promise you it was not pretty.lol it did work though.

My ms361 porting test bed. It's got a few tanks on it now. I don't have any after pics, and I'm too scared to pull the muffler to take any lol. I re created the flange, drilled the bolt hole, and used a coarse threaded screw. And jb welded the screw in. It's still tight and the muff doesn't leak. I've got a new cylinder for it now.
