I didn't take many pictures as this was a basic "build"...
Got the stock numbers...
I ended up removing .030" from the base, machined a .025" pop-up and opened up the muffler. Oh, and I removed the carb screw restrictor.
I purchased a "good" 020av cylinder but when it arrived... it was anything but good.

I'm going to replace the intake boot before I stick it into some wood... the boot is a bit stiff/dry...
