Ok who spotted this and can shed some light the carb adjuster screws on the left side but what are the 2 adjuster screws on the right if they are srews ???

That fuel cap sure looks intresting! Could be a lever that turns into locking position?!

Same caps as on CS-4510ES. Yes, it's a lever in the middle.

No, it's the same 1-turn thread with a stopper already used on many ECHO'es. The cap can be retrofit on 490/590/620 etc. However on 620&490 (fuel tank) it is then positioned backwards and loose clothing may unclip the lever. For the new models that feature the cap the lever is either protected by "hiding" (see 4510) or just turned the other direction to protect from accidental opening (will be seen later this year).
