yes 1/4 pitch bar chain and spur gear 80% wore out. your comments incline me to sharpen chain and see if it will sell. chain still fairly sharp just needs a little file work.

If it’s something you wanna use on a semi regular basis.......I’d pass it along

I've got one.pain in the buttocks to work on .Idiots built them with slotted head screws .Mine needs a carb rebuild .It will have to wait until I take about a bottle of chill pills .I'd had that SOB apart about ten years ago to replace a seal .Should have replaced all the bolts with Torx heads .Not a bad cutting saw but certainly not a 200T .

BTW these things are of the same era as the Poulan s25 DA .Weigh almost the same .Probably cost more than the Poulan and really for my money not near the saw .

My neighbor has used one for about 40 years. He lost his right arm and he can only run a top handle. While I was in the hospital a few times last year he cut wood for me and delivered it.

I paid him back - I got a 200T and sent it to Randy to mod and put a 14" lite bar on it.

We went cutting 4 days ago - he can't believe the difference. He'll keep the 020 as a back-up, but he is definitely running the 200T when he cuts wood. He actually stopped cutting wood and let me finish the rest of the log with my bigger saw - he said he wanted to 'save' his saw. LOL
