You milled the squish? That is a fun job... After you are used to setting up and the indacating the jug it comes so easy. But first few times can be frusterating to get right. It really is a finess thing and knowoling your machine. Nice work!!!
Yup, milled the squish. Pain in the butt, I am getting better at it though.

This cylinder is way snug near the base

Your #s are very similar to mine (w/o base gasket), but I don't have the fancy toys to do the mods you are doing!

Mine is 105, 121, 83.

My base gasket was .021, and when I measure where I marked the 1st Cross Cylinder compared to the second, the exhaust port is about .060 different, so I'm pretty confident I have the correct #s, even though this is my first time doing this.
