Never had to work on mine much 😁

But I noticed the engine bay is pretty clean

My sons prelude was a pain to engine swap and the Corolla was easy

My buddy who has a mech shop says Toyotas are made to be worked on and Hondas aren’t.

Most of my wrench turning was on straight axle stuff when I was young

I'd say Honda engines are easier in general to repair than Toyotas. I feel Toyota has a much better grasp on fixing their past problems and Honda just changes the looks and sells the same car from 10 years ago with all the common problems they had 10 years ago.

Engines I dunno…but all the crap around them was way easier on the Corolla

Sad deal, lost his mother in childbirth.
Absolutely ripped a hole in the heart of everyone that knew her!
Born last Saturday, he survived (surrogate mother) & he's a HOSS!

Man that sucks, sorry for the loss of mom. Looks like he is strong and growing.

Hell yeah! I drove an IDI turbo for a few years. Loved that engine!

Fun facts about it. Was designed for high altitude markets and was only produced for around 18 months in 1993/94 MYs. Only produced 5-6 psi boost over atmosphere.
Had a 1994 F-350 w/ 7.3 IDI that was an old logging crummy that would blow the doors off my 2002 7.3 Powerstroke.. with the factory ATS turbo, that thing hauled ass.
