I feel like there is an entire market for things that could be 3d printed to help equipments shortcomings, or reproducing parts for models that are nla. 2 series/394 intake parts come to mind.

The prototypes were made from PLA material.
The real deal will be PA12 Nylon material.

Strong and semi-flexible. Makes gooder sense for these. Nice choice. Also means you got a bad ass printer too

Any saw under 90 cc that sounds nice and healthy like yours, and you can lean on when noodling, is a darn good running saw!

I'm hoping they re schedule a local GTG sooner or later and I get to see all of Dom's new toys!!!

Got my prototype yesterday.

Designed before Nick got involved, that is why the cage looks a bit different.

Nut installed in the top cap.

Have to get some filter material on and try it out once some oil arrives




Little behind today, had to get a piece of metal fished out of my eye.

Should have asked the doc if he was using a foredom handpiece to drill it out.

Looked kind of like a harbor freight deal though...

Back at it for a bit. Try and get some videos today.

That saw does sound awful nice. I cant wait to play with it, I think I'm going to buy a 20" Stihl light bar for it

Leaned out the latest build, after the eye fixin...

Went in around 14.6 came out of the second cut just over 15k.

I think both sounded a bit on the lean side. The 15k for sure

But I tend to run rich, and extra rich.

I like to taste the 4 stroke....

It's the weekend....

Me and my boy glued together some filterr elements today.



Have some other foam coming.

60/40 ppi dual stage. May even put some 20ppi foam inside the cage.

Maxflo green is 60ppi same as this black foam.

Have to get it mounted and see how well it filters.
