Unfortunately I have to wait until tomorrow to have some. It's going to be a long 24 hrs.

I don't have a picture, but here's how to make my favoritest pie:

You'll need:

A Graham cracker crust
A package of cream cheese
Blueberries
Maple syrup (or sugar, I guess)
A little corn starch
A little lemon juice

Spread a layer of cream cheese on the bottom of the pie crust. At least 1/4"

Cook a cup and a half or so of the berries in a saucepan with the maple syrup until the berries are all popped. Probably 1/4 cup of syrup. Maybe a little more. Add the corn starch and lemon juice. Mix the corn starch with water before adding, by the way, to avoid clumping.

Pour the rest of the fresh berries in the crust on top of the cream cheese. Enough to fill the pie.

Pour the cooked berries (glaze, sauce, whatever) over the fresh berries and mix the sauce with the fresh berries. Ideally, they all get covered.

Refrigerate the pie until the glaze gels.

It's a great summertime, no bake pie. My favorite.

Does this count? What it lacks in pretty it makes up for in taste. Not too bad for an old duffer. Home grown apples too.
