The M Tron 362s run just fine, and the Ver I is lighter than the current 562 (yea, they fattened them up with an extra bolt).

And the new Ver II runs just as strong and is over 1/2 lb lighter. And yet, they still get no respect!

Now I hate to give away your secrets Randy, but this new recipe, along with the Linguine, has Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Roaster Garlic, and Melted Anchovies … which are all pretty rare in Southern Recipes!!!
