Is there a non plastic diaphragm for this Saw's carb??

I keep having carb issues and suspect it is that blue plastic diaphragm

Any better carb than the stock one??

Seems like it keeps starving for fuel, I clean the carb, gets better for a few tanks, then same issue. I have flushed the tank. Now only using canned fuel for that saw, it is small, so not a gas guzzler

Have you changed the filter in tank? I have replaced some that look ok but after replacing the saw would run like it should.
I will replace that too, had a batch of bad gas develop in that saw, ain't been right since

I have found carb cleaner in the spray can can cause those parts to get stiff. I use brake clean and seems to work better imo. Has it been modded in any way?

How many tanks of fuel has it suckEd down. The saws can be finicky when new and also they do not have the carb heat if I recall correctly so a carb can frost up in cool temps.

You use brake cleaner for cleaning carb? I got an endless supply of that.

Yes thats all I use on diaphragm carbs now. Had a few that seemed ok before cleaning with carb cleaner. Seemed like it dried up diaphragms and didn't run after that. Had never encounter the same issue with brake cleaner yet

The stiff blue plastic diaphragms suck.

Actually, don't suck well enuff.

Find an old carb kit with the rubber fabric to replace it.
