Mossberg 500 Thick Stock

A 500 was my 1st 12 gauge and it seems like I've always had a couple Mossbergs at any given time.Then my son ruined me by handing me his Browning BPS. It simply felt better. That's when I realized how fat the rear stock is on a 500 and I've never been comfortable with it since. Is there a replacement stock that narrows it by a good bit? I'm probably going to find an plain stock and sand it down.

And yeah, I found a nice BPS of my own.
