I built this saw for Steven.......then traded him out of it. Fully ported, great runner, heated handles work as they should. Needs nothing but the bar nuts. LOL

Price is negotiable. I've got more invested than the saw is really worth......so make an offer, or message me. I'd like to see it go to someone that will use it and appreciates the heated handles.

If that sucker had a hda87carb on it, it would be a monster. The other 254xp I had that you built had a 87 carb on it and I liked it better than my 262s
