There's actually a 2013 version with a newer look format, but it requires a date rollback and doesn't play nice on a computer that also has an earlier version. Wasn't worth the hassle and never gained any traction.

Download link works, just right click Your mouse on the ISO file in Windows 10 and choose "Mount", then Setup.
Installation is smooth, and the app seems to work fine.
It is 01.2012

I downloaded the Dropbox file and that’s all I did with it, and that was a longtime ago. It’s getting it from my iPad to my computer that’s why I didn’t do anything

I could try and download it to the computer and burn.. but I just don’t sit at the computer anymore..

ive just gave it a go. ive been trying to open up the 200T manual and it wont load up. struggling to get the app to work properly. wonder if I've installed it wrong somehow?? I'm clueless when it comes to this sort of computer stuff

Those notes/files can/should be permanently loaded with a complete installation. Otherwise, the CD needs to be in the drive for access to the meat and potatoes files. Try re-installing and allow the the entire catalog to be installed on the hard drive.

The update does nothing and that window shouldn't appear.

If the link circled above is not present (or isn't an active link), the contents of the catalog have not been installed and the CD needs to be used to access the catalog. I can't exactly recall how the 'update' window was eliminated, but it is an option or toggle somewhere that relies on the catalog being installed on the HDD of the host machine. I'll try to post the details later if I can find it (and have time).

So here's where you can kill the 'Update Notes' annoyance. You're not actually killing updates because there aren't any. In retrospect, I don't think the catalog being installed (or not) is relevant to the prompt.
