Hope your not in a enclosed space or have a very good vent system burning that much flux wire. I gotta ask why flux wire vs others?

I figure so also. I've gotten very sick from flux welding. Be safe Joe we need you here

I was trying to figure out how Joe can stand that heat? Are you wearing a space shuttle suit or just man thonging it?
Shirt, hoodie,jeans and some overalls.

Don't tell any one but the trick is the spinny chair...

Fan at the back, heat in the front. Once you finish a series of beads. Rotate, heat the back and cool the front.

And the cooled fresh air blowing into the hood helps tons.

Lol, yes a needle scaler.

One goofy noisy little tool, but without it I would be doing an awful lot of hand chipping.

2021 Is going great so far. Scaler scaling, wire flowing and flux is covering.

Also have spares of each. Get me home, spend some time with the family, and get back to Enjoying saws.

Hope 2021 can treat everyone else as well too.
Daggum. Those pics never cease to impress.
